- Assist managers with required report preparation.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, forms, etc.
- Be trusted with confidential or sensitive information.
- Handle various administrative requests from operations managers as required.
- Professionally interface with visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the Organization.

- Must have strong organization, computer skills, operating in a team environment, and self-discipline to complete tasks
- Help with all invoices and help hiring and on boarding all employees.
